In order to keep our service affordable to our clients and save time and gas we use a program called SHOW MY PC. This file is place on your systems desktop and your data disk in the UTILITIES folder.
This program is included as part of the flat rate fee and when installed allows our techs to assist you in the installation of programs and peripherals. This service is by appointment only. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will add your questions to the FAQ list and notify you when the answer in placed on our site.
RATES:
On line support: $50.00 first hour $25.00 there after (by appointment)
On site support: $75.00 per hour (by appointment)
